A Facilitator is a key element in the LABS model. Far from being a mere tutor, he /she takes responsibilty for moulding the very future of the aspirants placed in his / her charge. By understanding each aspirant's level of learning and understanding capability, creating a learning environment by imparting his / her hands-on working experience, and triggering the thought process in the aspirant by using innovative and fun learning methods in the classroom, he / she facilitates the blossoming of the latent potential in the aspirants.
