A Facilitator is a key element in the LABS model. Far from being a mere tutor, he /she takes responsibilty for moulding the very future of the aspirants placed in his / her charge.
By understanding each aspirant's level of learning and understanding capability, creating a learning environment by imparting his / her hands-on working experience, and triggering the thought process in the aspirant by using innovative and fun learning methods in the classroom, he / she facilitates the blossoming of the latent potential in the aspirants.

Job Profile: Design & Implement effective training modules, Mentor, coach and counsel the trainees for improving Voice and grammatical skills through voice drills, Train candidates on Voice & Accent, soft skills, behaviour, and voice modulation. Handle the process, Tele Etiquette, CRM, Spoken English etc. training, and facilitate placements of the trainees.
Candidate Profile: Extensive knowledge of Voice Modulation & Accent Neutralization Training & different aspects of Communication Skills, Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in an Domestic / International Call Centre, Passion to give back to Society, Flair for imparting knowledge, Good verbal and written communication, Student friendly. Community Mobiliser
Job Profile:
- Build, manage, direct and provide guidance and support to facilitators for community mobilization and market scan for the LABS centers allocated
- To help the Facilitators organize events for mobilization
- Responsible for overall mobilization of aspirants at the centers within given time lines
- Any other task assigned by Line authority from time to time.
Candidate Profile:
- The candidate should ideally be a Post Graduate in Social Work or humanities (MSW/MA in Psychology/Sociology) or MBA in rural management
- The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in development sector or in a related work environment
- Experience of working in teams and with different stakeholders is expected
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Local language, good interpersonal skills, Presentation skills, planning and good at event management
- Comfortable with basic computer usage for office work
- Candidate should be good at working in teams.
- Comfortable with both the corporate world and the community
- Ability to foresee issues and resolve them before hand

Manager - Rural Livelihoods
Job Profile: Overall supervision and monitoring of SRI projects in assigned region.
Field visits to project locations for
- Monitoring : to Supervise the Project Coordinators and also the Facilitators reporting to the Project Coordinators
- Resolving field issues
- Developing relation with stake holders in the project area
- Identifying innovative models, ideas and approaches from the field to strengthen SRI
- Understanding best practices of other organization in the field and documenting it
- Developing case studies
- To provide leadership and guidance to the project teams for project implementation as per the HO guidelines, project proposal and requirements and also partner requirements.
- Conducting periodic/monthly review meetings with the project staff, redressing their grievances, culling out learning and good practices and disseminating to all projects for cross learning.
- Networking and coordination with project stakeholder’s viz. corporate, NGOs and Government.
- Preparation of progress reports as required by partner and / or DRF management
- To actively canvass DRF Rural Livelihoods activities to prospective partners (Corporate, Government or Donor Organizations) and try to work out collaborative projects and raise funds.
- To represent DRF at various forums at regional and national level and present and show case DRF Rural Livelihoods Work.
Candidate Profile:
- Ideally the candidate should be a Post Graduate in Management/ Social Work
- The candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in Managing and coordinating Rural Programs.
- Experience of working in teams and with different stakeholders is expected.
